Jackie Pappas RECE
ADMINISTRATOR
I graduated from Humber College in 1983 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. I came to work with this Agency in 1991 and have worked towards growing the Agency from 40 children at one site to the operating capacity of 187 between two sites. I enjoy managing the Administration responsibilities and you will find me visiting the sites from time to time.
Ewa Kazmierczak RECE

I graduated from Centennial College in 1997 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and advanced my studies by completing an Early Childhood Special Needs Certificate in 2004. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator with over thirty years of experience, I am very passionate about supporting all children to have a successsful and memorable early learning experience. I am fluent in English and Polish.
Joanne Correon

I graduated from Seneca College in 2007 with a diploma in Early Childhood Education. Then, I continued my education at York University and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 2011. I am committed to providing experiences and developmentally appropriate activities based on the children's interests, within an inclusive, safe, enriching and nurturing environment. I believe in the importance of working in partnership with the families to enhance and foster the children's well being and development. I am fluent in English and understand Tagalog.

I am a passionate caregiver and educator. I graduated from Seneca College with my ECE and I have worked in childcare for 10 years. My joy comes from providing a nurturing and caring environment to children. I speak English, Urdu and Punjabi.

I am excited to join the Village Green Child Care Centre family. I have been working as an Early Childhood Education Assistant for over 10 years, with the goal of becoming an Early Childhood Educator I the near future. I strive to provide a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment where children can learn and grow. I am fluent in English and know a few words in Farsi.

I graduated as Valedictorian from Medix College's Early Childhood Education Assistant program in 2016. I have 10 years experience, 3 of which were in Montessori. My years of intensive experience as an assistant have helped me develop skills necessary to provide each child a unique learning experience. I am committed to high quality early learning and providing a safe environment for children. I speak English and Tagalog..

I graduated with honours from Centennial College as an Early Childhood Educator. I've always had a passion for working with children. Helping them explore and expand on their interests and curiosity always brings joy to me when I see their eyes light up to something new and exciting. Through our learning opportunities and experiences, I hope to help every child meet their full potential. I believe maintaining a positive and open atmosphere for our centre is key for the children, parents and co-workers to create a great space for learning.

As an early childhood educator, I strongly believe that the early years are the foundation and the most crucial stage of a person's life. This is why I have always been passionate about childcare and teaching. I have practiced in the Philippines, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain before coming to Canada over 3 years ago. Being able to help children develop, grow and blossom into the best version of themselves makes me feel fulfilled, and I consider it my life mission. Aside from that, I also learn a lot from the children, most importantly that happiness can be found in the simplicity of things.

Working with children has always brought me great joy. I completed my Early Childhood Assistant training at The Learning Enrichment Foundation where I gained hands-on experience with all age groups. I am so happy to be part of the Village Green team. I am excited to help aid the children in their growth and watch them flourish while enjoying learning opportunities daily.

I graduated from the Early Childhood Education program from George Brown College. I have worked in childcare for 4 years.I enjoy helping children learn and grow in their own way. In my free time, I enjoy reading books and watching videos . I can speak and understand Chinese and English.

I am very passionate and committed to helping with their growth, development and learning. Providing them with a safe, welcoming, nurturing environment, experiences to encourage exploration, engagement and inclusivity to build positive bonds and connections with the children, families and other staff are just a few ways I work to provide a happy and healthy atmosphere. I came to Canada in 2010 from the Philippines to pursue work as a caregiver for children. Everyday I strive to create an environment where children I care for can feel supported and empowered to be their best selves. My cultural diversity has allowed me to connect with children from various backgrounds, making my role even more fulfilling. I love to encourage children to explore, think critically and be curious about the world around them. I hope to expand my skills in child development and continue to inspire the children I work with to grow into confident and respectful individuals. I am fluent in English and Tagalog.

I am thrilled to serve as the Assistant Director and Pre-School teacher at Village Green CCC. I believe in creating a warm and welcoming space where children feel safe to explore, learn and grow. I am dedicated to implementing a play based curriculum that encourages creativity, curiosity and a love of learning. I am fluent in Nepali, English and understand Hindi.

I love to help the children build their confidence and independence as they are developing in different areas. I am passionate about building good relationships with the children and families at Village Green. My goal is to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for the children.

Working with children is my passion. I have more than 10 years experience working with children in different settings from the early years to elementary school age. I have a masters degree in Commerce and worked as a college teacher back home. For me, each child is special, unique and deserves the best care. Maintaining quality care and safety for each and every child is always my priority. My goal is to keep learning in this field for professional growth. I speak Punjabi, English, Hindi and Urdu.
