Our Learning Environments

Toddlers

Infants

Two Registered Early Childhood Educators, and an assistant will care for 10 infants.  The infants will be provided with a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials to foster brain development and healthy growth.

Parents will play a large part in the day by providing daily information, opportunity to drop in to nurse/feed, opportunity to participate in enhanced programming and sharing information through HiMama (our on-line documenting tool) and daily conversations with the staff.

Preschool

Toddlers

Three Registered Early Childhood Educators, an assistant Early Childhood Educator, along with support staff will guide two groups of 10 toddlers in daily activities indoors and outdoors.  The toddlers will be provided with a wide variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials to explore along side peers and teachers.

Each day the children will be offered experiences in art, language, sensory, math, music, drama and indoor and outdoor physical play.  They will be offered a minimum of 2 snacks and a hot lunch as well as a rest period of up to 2 hours.

Kinders

Pre School

Three full time Registered Early Childhood Educators, and Assistant Early Childhood Educator, along with a half time RECE will provide child initiated and adult supported experiences in all learning areas daily for 2 groups of 16 children.  Materials will be provided without expectations, allowing for developing creativity and problem solving.

Each day the children will be offered experiences in art, language, sensory, math, music, drama and indoor and outdoor physical play.  They will be offered a minimum of 2 snacks and a hot lunch as well as a rest period of up to 2 hours.
